Barbarossa is a beautiful two-story 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom Florida cottage style home in Rosemary Beach that has been redecorated, giving the home a bright refreshing feel. . This luxury home includes its own private pool and is perfectly located on the south side of highway 30A. This home has been designed and decorated with modern and simple taste in mind. With dark reclaimed wood furniture and light linens, this home feels elegant, open, and bright. Upon entry from the front door of the home, you will walk into the dining/kitchen area, which can comfortably seat 6 guests at the table and 4 more at the kitchen island counter. The kitchen flows into the living area with plush seating with an HDTV. The first floor of this home also includes the master bedroom which features a king bed, full private bathroom, and access to the home’s private courtyard. There is a half bathroom on the main level of the home accessible from the kitchen and living space. A large covered porch leads out the front door to the private courtyard area where there is a swimming pool and plenty of seating for everyone to bask in the sun and relax.
The second level of the home features another large sitting area with ample seating and a flat screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the second level to accommodate up to 8 guests. The first guest bedroom includes a king size bed and private full bathroom. The second guest room includes a queen size bed and access to the home’s private second level balcony. The third room is a bunkroom and includes two twin over twin sets of bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom accessible from the second level sitting area.

• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.

Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

Everything was great! no complaints! lots of restaurants nearby! Misty was great answering all our questions! A couple suggestions for any future guests. In general it is probably the same for most of these rentals. Bring some garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Bring some insect repellent for the biting flies on the beach (in the morning). If you have young children and are not renting chairs and umbrellas, you cannot use "tents". So bring a couple beach umbrellas. Small stuff, great vacation spot!

This property was fabulous! Plenty of space for our family and short walk to the beach as well as to shops. My only complaint was that the pool was smaller than I anticipated it would be. It is hard to tell in the pictures the size, but it was more like an oversized hot tub. Nevertheless, the kids enjoyed it and it was the perfect temperature all week. We will definitely be back!
