The beautiful 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool is but a quick walk or tram ride from Green Shutters Beach House.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins no earlier than 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is no later than 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

This home has a keyless entry system on the front door. "Access Code" is listed in Check-in Instructions.
UPON ARRIVAL, Go to the "Welcome" building at the Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool, to pick up your Welcome packet. Welcome packet contains your wristbands and parking passes. These wristbands are required for community beach/pool/tram access.
Complimentary shuttle/tram services to the beach or pool is operated by the HOA, Barefoot 30A is not affiliated with their services. Tram does not operate on rain days. Questions/concerns should be direct to the Tram Serivce 850-259-6005.
Sunset/Seacrest Beach Access is closed from 10pm - 6am, There is a public beach access 1 mile east of Seacrest, on South Orange Street.
