With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The private downstairs lockout is the perfect private getaway when traveling with multiple families but for those hot summer days the full-size pool is a great place to congregate. Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. My husband and I stayed at this house for a long weekend. We had initially planned a family trip that then turned to be an adult only get away. This house would be perfect for both experiences. The house has plenty of space and everything you need to be comfortable. We spent our mornings at the beach, which is a mile away, and the late afternoons by the beautiful pool. It was quiet, it was fun and super relaxing. We have zero complains. Thank you!
The house is charming, perfect for our small group of 8. We especially loved the private pool. We used it morning, day, and night. Location is private and away from the crowd. Loved everything about the house.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and clean. There are several beaches in close proximity. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was well worth it during our stay in May! The family had a great time!
If you’re debating, just rent it! We usually stay in Destin, but didn’t want to be in the middle of SB traffic/chaos. This house was in the perfect location just outside of the excitement. Close enough to run out for meals, but far enough away that it was perfectly quiet & peaceful! The house was adorably decorated to give you the vacay beach vibe, was clean, & well equipped. The property managers will very responsive though we didn’t have any issues. Absolutely no complaints! My family (kids 16, 12, & 4) loved this house!
This was a great experience and an excellent getaway. It is in a good location on the west side of 30A but also is very private and allows you to get away from the crowds of Seaside and Rosemary Beach while still being close. Property management was great!

This was a perfect spot for our 6-week winter getaway with our family. The location is spectacular. It is very close to Hwy 98 for easy access to all main restaurants and shops. The grand kids loved playing in the pool and big back yard. The house is stunning, very comfy, and warm. It is perfectly situated to enjoy the best parts of 30A without having to be stuck in a ton of traffic. We also loved being right next to Topsail State Park and enjoyed daily outdoor adventures. We will definitely stay here again.
I so highly recommend this property as your home base for a fabulous vacation in Destin Florida. Located just of of 30A this house is off the beaten path and has wonderful privacy while at the same time having easy access to anywhere you want to be. This is exactly what we like. The house itself is so tastefully decorated and has a wonderful atmosphere. Spent many hours on the deck and in the swimming pool. Great running and cycling trails are easily accessed. Wonderful kitchen, great bedrooms and showers. This is our second time staying here and will be our go to every time we visit. This property has our highest recommendation!!

The house is spectacular, and looks just like the photos. A few of the highlights would be:
The big master suite is on a separate section of the house and has perfect privacy. We enjoyed endless relaxing time out on the huge veranda. The ground floor separate carriage house is perfect for an additional family, or friends and has lots of privacy. My family and I enjoyed having instant, and endless hot water. Loved hanging out by the pool, and back porch with the kids. Perfect location on 30A with walking distance to the beach, and state park.
5 star rating because we had a wonderful time and loved this area!
