This beautifully home has a Spacious/Open Concept living and dining area on the first level, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table will seat 6, with additional seating at the bar. Set Sail features four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to one of the home’s many balconies with a wonderful view of the community. The third level balcony of the home is a luxuriously furnished patio with plush seating for guests to enjoy a view from the top!

Guests may enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach. Walk to nearby restaurants in Seacrest Village, or visit nearby communities such as Rosemary or Alys Beach for some exploring, dining, or shopping.

• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Perfect 30A Beach getaway

We arrived to a pristine vacation home, perfectly clean and prepared for our family. Everything was exactly as advertised and we were just steps from the large pool and beach access. Ideal location for a variety of activities in the area. Communication by the property manager was spot on with clear and accurate information. Overall a great family vacation.

Cute House Cute house with everything we needed Prior reviews made us think we’d need to bring extra things but this cute house had everything we needed. We loved that every room had their own porch and the one at the top was part in sun and part out. Seems a sweet family owns this happy home. Thank you for providing all we needed for a wonderful family vacation ~

July getaway Had a wonderful stay enjoyed the property close to the beach enjoyed riding bike to the beach. Close to restraunts property very nice bed was comfortable kitchen fully equipped would definitely rent again.
