Located along the scenic famous South Walton County Hwy 30A on the beautiful Emerald Coast. This newly redecorated property is situated along the western end of 30A close to unique shopping, award winning restaurants and quaint art and dress shops.

Spacious 2100 square feet, four-bedroom, four and 1/2 bath, townhouse located in quiet Santa Rosa Beach accommodates up to 12 people and has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy high speed internet wi-fi service while enjoying a cup of coffee or a cold drink of your choice from either of the three decks and watching a beautiful Emerald Coast sunrise or sunset. This large townhouse is an awesome property for a single or multiple families to spend a week or longer on a wonderful beach vacation.

Just a short 200-yard walk away, you can enjoy the white sand beaches of the Gulf. You will also have access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, sand volleyball area, tennis courts, and outdoor grills for your use on the property. Covered parking is provided for two vehicles. Additional uncovered parking is available for extra vehicles.

This townhouse is situated on a quiet stretch of Walton County Scenic Hwy 30A. Just outside your door is a paved 18 mile bike path runs the entire stretch of Hwy 30A that goes through the beach communities of Blue Mountain, Grayton, Water Color, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary. There are several bike rental companies nearby that will deliver bikes to you or you can bring your own. Either way it is a great way to explore the area. You could easily park your car on arrival and not get in your car until your departure for home.

Charming restaurants and shopping at Gulf Place just a short five-minute walk. If you want to make a short drive for dinner or lunch then there are other fantastic dining options all along 30A in each and every community. Santa Rosa Golf Club is about a mile from the property. A Publix grocery store and a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market are also close by that can provide you all the necessities for your stay.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

- Take all Garbage to designated trash area including Restroom waste.
- If leaving on a Trash day please take cans to the curb the night before if applicable.
- Leave all Amenity/Parking Passes on the counter.
- Lock all Windows & Doors

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy

A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

The “Tall Cool One” was great!! Lots of room for two families. There were 12 of us and we never felt on top of each other. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook dinners. Comfy beds and clean linens. Wish there would have been some beach “accessories” available and better WiFi but other than that.....12 thumbs up from all of our crew!!!

Everything was exactly as shown or better. Clean, roomy and Gary was extremely helpful. Beach was a quick 5 min walk. Cute shops and plenty of places to eat in walking distance. A great week.
