BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

This is our second consecutive year visiting the property and our stay, once again, did not disappoint. The house is comfortable, spacious, clean and has an ideal layout for adult vs teen/kid spaces. The walk to the beach is quick and the general location near 30A convenient to restaurants and shopping. Love the pool and pool table.

"The Perfect Space."
This home fits our family perfectly. Each couple/family had their own bathroom. The kitchen and living area is a great hang out space, there are multiple places to go for some private time, and the pool is the icing on the cake.

This was one of our most relaxing vacations ever! The easy access to the beach was very convenient. The house was in great condition and very clean. The beds are very comfortable as well. We also enjoyed the large deck area. We would not hesitate to go back and rent again.

This house is beautiful and was perfect for my family! The accommodations were perfect. The beds were comfortable, practically a bathroom per bedroom. The living area was open with a large comfortable couch. The kitchen was also a good size and fairly well equipped. The beach is just down the street! The heated pool and the pool table were a plus! I liked this house so much that I would buy it if I could! We had an amazing time there and would definitely book again!

This house is really wonderful. The main living space is so large that 9 adults and 2 children and two dogs moved around easily and never felt crowded. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for our needs, and we loved all the outdoor space. The extra refrigerator downstairs was great for beverages!! I would highly recommend this house. Great location!!

This home was closer to the beach than I realized when booking it. Very short walk to the public beach access. The home was very spacious and accommodating to the separate families who stayed. Loved the pool area, very relaxing. Lots of outdoor area for the kids to play. I would definitely book this home for future vacations.

This house was very well laid out with plenty of room and space for everyone. Really enjoyed having the kids in the bunk room near the pool table so they could have their own space. Pool and yard are functional and great for relaxing. Even on a rainy day it was a great place to hang out. Walking distance to restaurants and short walk to beach. Everything else was awesome! Will stay there again!
