Azure is a Brand New Construction condo complex with private entry located off Scenic Highway 30A. It offers incredible views from many of the condos and easy access from all the 1st floor units. On the covered balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in privacy with an unspoiled view of the emerald coast. These cozy yet spacious condos accommodate up to eight guests. The complex includes a spacious pool with community restrooms and a pond in front of building one. Azure is located in Dune Allen very close to the outlet malls on one side and everything 30A has to offer on the other side.

- Third bedroom: Two Twin over Twin Bunks perfect for the kids. Hall bathroom is not attached but close by with tub.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

"Perfect getaway"
This property is perfect! So cute! Amazing linens, bed, kitchen appliances, etc. It’s not on the water, but it’s luxury feel makes up for the lack of ocean views. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away and there are several accesses to choose from.

We loved this property as soon as we walked in. The smell of cleanliness and overall aesthetic were great. Love that we had 2 king size beds and the twin beds in the bunk room fit adults as well. Super short walk to the beach that can’t be beat!

"Perfect stay for Santa Rosa Beach"
My family and I loved staying here! Brand new community with a great pool and location. It was a short walk to the beach and 5 min or less by car to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and Stinky's Seafood (highly recommend those two restaurants btw). It was perfect for our 3 mo. year old and 1 yr old nephew too. We would love to stay here again soon!

Beautiful place. Very clean and updated. 2 min walk to the beach and close to everything else. We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for our family of 5. I ran every morning and felt safe. We will be back.
