Azure is a Brand New Construction condo complex with private entry located off Scenic Highway 30A. It offers incredible views from many of the condos and easy access from all the 1st floor units. On the covered balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in privacy with an unspoiled view of the emerald coast. These cozy yet spacious condos accommodate up to eight guests. The complex includes a spacious pool with community restrooms and a pond in front of building one. Azure is located in Dune Allen very close to the outlet malls on one side and everything 30A has to offer on the other side.

- Third bedroom: Two Twin over Twin Bunks perfect for the kids. Hall bathroom is not attached but close by with tub.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

POOL RESTRICTIONS
Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or over. Please do not bring glassware into the pool area.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

"Adults and teen boys for Spring Break"
We had a great time at the condo. Very nice and new. Comfortable and clean. It had all the kitchen basics we needed to prepare meals. Good location and nice pool. We would come back! Thank you!
"Great place with suggestions"
This place is new was overall very nice. Space was comfortable, kitchen was nicely stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Biggest complaint may be that internet was pretty bad and would cut in an out. Through my own testing I could tell it was the service and not the wifi. I only got 20M with a speed test and that's pretty poor by modern standards. Also, the stairwells fill with about an inch of water after a rain and remains so for days and you can't get upstairs without getting your feet wet. Probably just one of those things that needs to be fixed after new construction. Lastly, I'd recommend adding some more hooks in the bathroom. One bar is not enough. Having said all of that, the place is great and I would go back in a heartbeat.

"Labor Day weekend stay"
My family stayed here through Labor Day weekend and this place was perfect for our group. It is a newly built complex with easy access to the beach. Our rental was clean, nicely furnished & decorated, and felt relaxing. It was also maybe the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a rental unit or hotel. The pool was also great after a day at the beach. There are two bike racks if you bring bikes, although one is a bit too close to the cars in the parking spots. We didn't see any outdoor storage for beach carts and umbrellas so we chose to pack up beach things in our car at night instead of carting them upstairs. Lastly, adding some curtains or blinds in the front bedroom would help block the light from the hallway at night. Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at Azure 30A , what a great new construction condominiums. Will return here next year. Condos nicely furnished , inside and outside is well kept and clean. Pool area is great as well with outdoor bbq. Ocean 4-5 minutes with in great walking distance. I wish each unit had a small vacuum. Over all 5/5
"Great Condo!"
The Condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The location was good. Only a 4 minute walk to the private beach. The public beaches were crowded but were fine. Be prepared to wait 2 hours every night for dinner pretty much everywhere. Overall, we loved the Condo and had a great time!

5 minute walk to the beach, very nice pool. Place is newer, so everything was in great condition. Beds were very comfortable, well appointed kitchen ( blender was put to good use). 4 adults and 4 teen boys had a great, comfortable time.
