Welcome to Blue Jewel! This beautifully designed, open and airy newer home boasts a large open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and a 70” HDTV in the living room. French doors lead to the covered back porch and sparkling private pool. There’s plenty of room for friends and family with five professionally decorated bedrooms, each equipped with their own 50” HDTV. With front and back porches and three balconies, everyone will have room to relax and feel the ocean breeze.
The beach is a short five minute walk away, where you can spend the day in the beautiful sugar, white sand and emerald waters of Blue Mountain Beach. Rent bikes or a golf cart and take a leisurely cruise along 30A, taking in all the sights and sounds of the area. Come home just in time for dinner and a cocktail, where you can cook in the gourmet kitchen or stroll to any of the nearby restaurants. Afterwards, walk to the nearby Blue Mountain Creamery for dessert!

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.
We just returned from our vacation on 30A. We stayed at the Blue Jewel and had a wonderful time. The house was amazing and big enough to accommodate our entire family. The kids loved the pool and stayed in it constantly if we weren't at the beach or enjoying a golf cart ride up and down 30A. Amy, the property manager, was so very helpful when my daughter left her phone. I notified her about the phone and within 5 minutes she text me back telling me the phone had been found and she would be happy to mail it to me. She also took the time to send me a picture of the phone (along with a bracelet that we left) assuring me that it was on its back to us. Incredible customer service!!! We had such a great time in Santa Rosa Beach. If you're looking for a large house to rent within a few minutes walk from the beach, this is the house for you. Thank you for all you did!
We had the best time at the Blue Jewel! We had 5 different families and really had enough room. They bathrooms were all very spacious! Appears to be a newer home so everything was very up to date! The manager was very responsive and even helped us after when several personal items were left. Will definitely stay here again. Only compliant was the pool alarm on the door. Great idea for safety with kids but very loud and malfunctioned several times. We loved being close to Red Fish and Blue Mabel! Nice to have walkable restaurants and the beach walk was only 5 mins.
We stayed with 3 families: 5 kids 5 and under. It was very spacious for all of us and cutely decorated. Not too bad of a walk to the beach access, bakery, and ice cream. The only feedback for other families is that the outdoor deck area is a bit small so it can get a little crowded with the smaller kids running around. But, overall it was a great stay!
Great house for several families. Pool was a big hit with the kids.
The property was upscale, a pool right out your back door and beach a quick golf cart or walk away.

We loved the home and private pool. The community is quiet and safe. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we anticipated but it allowed us to burn off the extra calories we consumed during vacation. Great time with the family

Our family of three needed time away after a hard year and this beautiful beach house did not disappoint. The home was warm and inviting from the start, and designed with nice, comfortable furniture and soothing decor.
The rooms were spacious and I loved having my own bathroom complete with a balcony and a great shower. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and the hall bath was roomy and perfect for accommodating multiple people. The kitchen was well equipped and we had fun grabbing fresh seafood at Goatfeathers off of 30A and cooking it for dinner. The patio was a great place to sip hot coffee or eat a meal while dangling my feet in the warm pool. The Adirondacks were one of my favorite spots to sit and rest.
The Blue Mountain Beach is just a 6 min casual walk and the sunsets are just breathtaking. We ordered lunch for pickup at the Blue Mabel Smokehouse and it was beyond delicious, and just around the corner. La Loba Bakery was another favorite spot to grab some good eats, from their gluten free chocolate muffins and cinnamon rolls to their turkey wraps and veggie wraps. They are delicious, clean, and they use locally sourced ingredients.
You can't beat the location of this wonderful beach house. It's about a 5 minute drive to Grayton Beach, and about 12 minutes away from Seaside and a short drive to cool bars, restaurants and shopping. If you like to cook and prepare a lot of meals at the beach house, the Publix off of 98 was a short drive, and the WalMart is just a little further down.
I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy a 30A vacation. It gave us the vacation we needed and we feel rejuvenated and rested. Can't wait til we come back!
