• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

The home is beautiful and so comfortable for large crowds. We had the best time cooking and swimming. Everything was so clean when we arrived.

We needed a house large enough to accommodate my large family with spouses and Grandchildren. This house was perfect for 18 of us. Wonderful soft mattresses in all the 4 master bedrooms. Beautifully decorated throughout. Plenty of bathrooms. Family room downstairs and another on the second floor. Open floor plan on second floor that we all could come together in comfort. The whole house was carefully thought out for a big family vacation. Plenty of bunk beds for teens and kids. Lots of deck space, perfect pool for enjoying after a hot day at the beach and a grill to enjoy too! Close walk to the beach and places to eat and shop. Can’t say enough great things about this house! Will stay there again for sure!
"Great stay at Just Beachy!!!"
Overall our family had a great vacation at Just Beachy! Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool and it was a short walk to several great restaurants. Getting to the beach is easy with sidewalks along the main road. Inside, the house was very clean, nicely furnished and seemed like freshly painted. Several pieces of furniture looked like they had been recently updated. Loved the open kitchen and living room with access to the deck. Lots of rooms for our group to spread out and the kids loved sleeping in the bunk room. Great communication from the management company but we didn’t really encounter any issues where we needed assistance. Would definitely book Just Beachy again!!!
