Complimentary shuttle/tram services to the beach or pool is operated by the HOA, Barefoot 30A is not affiliated with their services. Tram does not operate on rain days. Questions/concerns should be direct to the Tram Serivce 850-259-6005.
Sunset/Seacrest Beach Access is closed from 10pm - 6am, There is a public beach access 1 mile east of Seacrest, on South Orange Street.

Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

Our stay at 10 Trigger Trail East was just that; a perfect 10! When we arrived, we were in awe at how beautiful this house was. We knew it was a new construction house, but seeing it in person….everything was first class! We walked in and you could smell how clean it was and everything was immaculate and gorgeous! We begin our tour around and boy, they literally thought of everything! There was plenty of seating for our crew, the kitchen was more than we could have ever imagined. Fully stocked with all the important cooking necessities and perfectly laid out for socializing. Each bedroom had its own uniqueness, with the most comfortable beds, cozy bedding and bathrooms perfectly suited to accommodate your stay. Each room had plenty of closet space too!
The third floor was a big treat…wet bar with two mini refrigerators and a beautiful sliding glass door leading to the perfect outdoor sitting area. We spent most mornings drinking coffee planning our day and the evenings having nightcaps watching the sunsets over the beautiful 30A! I would highly recommend 10 Trigger Trail East and cannot say enough about the management handling this property. We can’t wait to come back! The Hokes
