"Lucky Sevens" is a custom built, professionally decorated beach home located in the highly sought after Seacrest Beach neighborhood and is perfect for your next vacation. Seacrest is nested in between Alys Beach to the West and Rosemary Beach just to the East. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house has everything you need - No detail has been overlooked. Lucky Seven's is only 2 blocks away from the Seacrest Beach Community Pool, which is one of the finest pools around and with over 12,000 square feet, the lagoon oasis is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine!

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

UPON ARRIVAL, Go to the "Welcome" building at the Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool, to pick up your Welcome packet. Welcome packet contains your wristbands and parking passes. Wristbands are required to be worn to access Beach/Pool/Tram at all times.
Complimentary shuttle/tram services to the beach or pool is operated by the HOA, Barefoot 30A is not affiliated with their services. Tram does not operate on rain days. Questions/concerns should be direct to the Tram Serivce 850-259-6005.
Sunset/Seacrest Beach Access is closed from 10pm - 6am, There is a public beach access 1 mile east of Seacrest, on South Orange Street.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

We had the best girls weekend at Lucky Sevens. It was updated and very clean. Nice beds and appliances. The shuttle service is great for the pool and beach and shopping area. This house is within walking distance of so much stuff!!

Lucky 7's was the perfect house for our family! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I've ever rented. The kids loved the pool and riding bikes throughout the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seacrest.

We had such a great time at this house in Seacrest Beach! The house really had everything we needed and felt very spacious. Very short walk to the pool and a longer walk to the beach but the trams were readily available as soon as you called them. We will certainly be back!

Loved the house. Beautifully decorated and great layout. 2 negative things- can hear every foot step in the house and beach was so so so crowded with many rules- can’t bring anything with wheels (no beach wagons, carts, or strollers) and no tents. Recommend driving to inlet beach instead.

We had 9 teenagers and 5 adults with us for spring break. The bunk room was perfect! Kitchen was fully stocked. You won’t need to bring one thing with you. The space was wonderful! The trolley that rides through neighborhood to deliver you to beach or pool was fabulous. Would stay here every time!
