Detailed Description:
A brand new outdoor office has been added next to the entrance door to provide needed privacy for those who have to work on vacation. Upon entering the home you will find a spacious foyer hallway that leads to 3 of the 5 bedrooms. First is the master bedroom featuring a king size bed and private bathroom with dual vanities and a stand alone shower. Next there is a guest room with two full sized beds and a private bathroom. Lastly on this floor is the bunk room with two built-in bunk beds that sleeps 4 and has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Take a few steps down and you will find a second living area with a large flat screen TV, foosball table and comfy seating the children will love.
The second floor is richly designed with open-concept living, dining and kitchen space. The dramatic ceiling beams give the entire area a welcoming feel. The glistening white waterfall island provides seating for 3 in addition to the one of a kind dining table that doubles as a ping pong table! It seats 8 comfortably with additional chairs if needed. The spacious fully equipped kitchen features premium appliances and a large pantry that makes this kitchen a dream to prepare your favorite meals in. Take a step out onto a large wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with Gulf views.
The third floor has two bedrooms and a writing area. The spacious primary master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom with stand alone shower and a private balcony with Gulf views and seating for two. The final guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with built-in window seating.
Centrally located in the heart of Rosemary Beach you will find yourself steps away from some of the area’s most delicious restaurants, local shops, and of course the beautiful white sandy beaches!

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

Absolutely stunning! This beautiful beach house is an oasis! It’s perfectly placed in Rosemary! Steps from the sugar sand beach and only a block off the quaint square of amazing restaurants and shops. We have stayed at multiple homes all over Rosemary, Seaside, Watercolor, and Inlet -this home is the Best!!! Prepare to be blown away. Great floor plan with plenty of space for everyone. The new swimming pool is so refreshing and compliments the outdoor fireplace and seating. Totally enjoyed the outdoor office space-so cool! This home is paradise!
