Barefoot at the Beach

Casa Mojo was outstanding. The short walk to the almost empty beach was well worth it. The house itself had everything we needed and it felt like home. The communication with Mitchell during our stay was top notch. He responded quickly to anything we needed. The pool was large enough for all 5 of us (three young adults with us 22,19,17). The beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus too. Really good quality. Plus a couple wagons for other stuff. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone.

The house was very relaxing and the heated pool was wonderful. Our 18 month old grand-daughter was happy and warm! Try Pirates Life Bonfire for a nice sunset experience and Captain Nick at Strictly business for a day of fishing in the Gulf and eating a great catch! Caught 17 fish! Great for a novice fisherperson! Bring a large puzzle for a day of family fun and memories! We will be back!!

This was our 4th stay at Seahorse Sunsets. We love this property. It's the perfect size for our group. The pool area is always warm, even in November. The management team is easy to reach by text and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Came in to enjoy 30a and look at property. This is a large house and plenty of sleeping room. Would love to see more seating in the living room area. Also tv was not app accessible. Very clean house.

Pool was cold but a great touch to the house. Back porch is great! Love the bathrooms, they are amazing! but will drip water on the floor if left open after shower. 3 Son's BBQ is a must, amazing food and within walking distance! If any issues on the house, text property management, they are amazing! Beach is very close, but limited parking. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We loved the open layout of the house. It is well decorated and clean. The pool was the best! Great location to shops and restaurants. Quick response from property manager and maintenance for a water heater hiccup.

We had a GREAT time and stay during our vacation! The house was clean and accommodating, great walking distance to one of my favorite bakeries and restaurant and the walk to the beach wasn’t as long as I’d thought, especially when we did drop offs.

We also ran into friends that own a house in the same neighborhood that we didn’t realize so we felt right at home.

We have stayed in Cypress Dunes numerous times, and this house did not disappoint. It had the most comfortable beds ever with wonderful linens!

Saint Cecilia was the perfect home for our family! There was plenty of room for everyone, a well stocked kitchen and the back deck pool kept us cooled off in the evenings after a day at the beach. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your home..

A very nice house in a great location. The community pool and club house is located almost next door, both were extraordinary. The house provided an unobstructed view of the dunes and ocean from the master bedroom. If you don’t want to be in the hustle of Destin yet close to both Destin and Santa Rosa with some privacy it doesn’t get any better. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s in this arena and this house was perfect for us and my families favorite!!!

This was on 2nd year staying at Barefoot Bungalow and it is becoming our happy place. Our 3 boys get to have a little more independence the week that we stay at Seacrest Beach. They can wake up, jump on their bikes, take a few dollars to the candy store, walk to the pool, and live the beach life in full for the whole week. Thank you for having us again in your amazing place, and we are hoping to stay there again next year!

We enjoyed our visit! It was our first visit to Rosemary. The carriage house had a great location and the accommodations, decor and finishes were nice. Also, having a garage parking space was ideal.

We did very much enjoy our stay at Gulf & Green Cottage. Beautiful location Beautiful little place. We will definitely head back to the area again. I am an interior designer so of course this was selected due to how it stood out against others in that respect!

We had a great relaxing vacation the week of May 13 -21 at Casa Mojo. The house was actually nicer in person than in the online pictures. Most homes we’ve rented thru VRBO or AIRBNB look great online, but end up not looking as good in person. We always look at reviews and those written for Casa Mojo were very good. In addition, the majority of comments about your management group are very positive. That’s why we booked directly thru you instead of going thru VRBO.
There was nothing wrong with the house as it was very clean when we arrived and surpassed our expectations.

Great weekend at this lovely home - 2 minute walk to beach with a great location between Alys and Rosemary beach.

My wife, 10 month old son and I stayed a week here. We were looking for a place where we could spend a week as a family, without needing a car. This worked perfectly! Very family friendly and had everything we needed (and more!)

Had the best vacation ever to celebrate our sons 21st birthday! The location of this carriage is so convenient so we loved that! We are calling the first pic a room with a view! Love that. As always we are grateful for your high end picks and how you are ever so helpful.

The Seabiscuit at Rosemary Beach is ideally located and very apportioned. This condo offers everything you’d expect and more.

Ducky’s Delight is a fabulous property. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping, park your car and walk to everything. The villas was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and conveniently located overlooking the pool. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at Seabiscuit in Rosemary Beach! The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, beautiful views of the beach and the gulf, easy access to the pool and the beach. The management staff went out of their way to answer our questions and accommodate our special requests. Our group of 5 college girlfriends, celebrating 50 years of knowing each other, would definitely return to this property

We had a wonderful time at the house. Other things to highlight are the cool color changing lights in the pool at night. That was an unexpected bonus! And the bike rentals from Good Pedals were so much fun and made going to the beach a breeze... literally.

This was our second year staying at Casa Mojo for our family vacation. This house is wonderful and is so well stocked with everything we need. The proximity to the beach makes it easy for the entire family to have a beach day or my favorite is enjoying the pool in the backyard. My family and I love this place and will continue to come back every year. Another bonus is Henry, our miniature golden doodle is welcome to enjoy our vacation.

Also, we have to give a shout-out to Mitchell with Barefoot 30-A, we left a couple of items after we had departed and he was so kind to retrieve them and mail them to us. Thank you, Mitchell we look forward to next year.

Great place, porch, living area and location

We loved the house! It’s beautifully decorated and the location is amazing. We particularly loved the front porch!

This was a beautifully appointed home with everything you vould possibly need as well as a great location close to two tram stops and a direct shot to the restaurants and town courtyard. It had four wonderful deck/seating areas that we enjoyed very much. The only issue and I do not blame the hosts for this AT ALL is that the home was not properly cleaned. The floors were not clean and there were even dirty dishes that had been put away. We did a quick vacuum and mop and ran a cycle in the dishwasher and all was good but obviously that is not something anyone expects to have to do on their first day arriving at a vacation home. Property Manager was very apologetic and responsive. I hope they find a better, more thorough crew to do their turnover that is more appreciative of the work they are being given. We would absolutely give them anothe chance as the home is lovely and Selia was great! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Despite a very busy week, our condo was quiet and peaceful. The private pool and beach access were wonderful and made our stay very easy. Our teens were had an amazing and safe vacation. We would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary where we got married. We hadn’t been to Rosemary with a child before and they did such a great job having tons of activities for the kids- everything from face painting to movie nights and activities in the morning and at night. We weren’t sure how sharing a space would go but it was no issue and we loved having a kitchen to help with feeding our toddler.

Had a great visit. Can’t beat the location. Would stay there again.

Good property - exactly as advertised. Super close to the beach - really nice. Only drawback is that beach is by far the most crowded in the area - could not rent chairs (all gone) and had to fight for space on area without rental chairs.

Easy house to rent, thank you. Everything in house was exactly as it was described. Centrally Located to Rosemary beach and Alys beach. Bikes at the house were great. Cute neighborhood. Seacrest neighborhood beach access is to a small beach for a lot of homes. You need to get to beach early for space. We didn’t realize that all beaches were private access. We ended up driving to the inlet beach public beach access and found that to be enjoyable.

Went for a long weekend with my husband and our dog. It is a fantastic location if you want to be close to downtown rosemary!! Very Close walk to beach, as well. The balcony is wrap around with some of it covered, which was enjoyable!! The property manager was attentive and easy to reach. We have had some bad experiences with other rental properties in the past (especially cleanliness) so we are always a little weary but this property was fantastic!! Just a note- the master bedroom is up a set of spiral stairs in case mobility is a concern. Would recommend this rental!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf and Green! It was our first time visiting Rosemary Beach and part of the reason we chose this unit was the close location to the beach. Little did I realize how close we were to everything! Glad I brought my bike along also bc we rode them everywhere! The house was beautiful and had a stunning view of the courtyard and green and a tiny glimpse of the gulf. I will attach pics if you’d like to share. The king bed was seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a rental! And when you are vacationing not having a comfortable bed can really put a damper on your time there. So that is very important to me. The bathroom decor and lighting was great. Always nice to have good lighting for make up. There were plenty of extra towels to use. We visited the pool and were pleasantly surprised that it was heated. In February that was a big deal. I also liked having the garage to park my Jeep in, instead of the street.

Great get away for my husband and our 2 dogs. From the beginning communication was great to clarify our booking through checkout. Location is so convenient to access the beach or walk to nearby restaurants shopping. Would definitely book this again!

This was the first time we stayed on the Gulf Coast in February. Normally we vacation in June or July. The weather was perfect, the summer crowds were missing, the restaurants were easy to book, and we had a fabulous stay at Seabiscuit A202. Enjoyed beach walks and coffee/cocktails on the deck.

We have nothing but great things to say about our vacation at the Gulf and Green Carriage. We arrived early and Katie was able to let us have an early check in (around 2pm). The property is beautifully updated and the location is incredible, a view of the gulf from our window! Our AC wouldn’t kick on when we first arrived, being after hours Katie couldn’t reach someone to take a look at it so she came over herself and fixed the problem. The property is located in Rosemary Beach and within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants and shops. Loved having garage access, we were able to park our Tahoe in it. Also loved having access to all the beach access points and the community pools. We were also able to experience a wedding as it was set up in the courtyard, so fun! We will definitely be returning to Rosemary and using Katie as a reference for properties to stay at.

The place was the perfect size for the two of us. Being such a short walk to the restaurants and beach was wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Yes we absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. Everything was so well thought out and we loved all the extra details like the board games, fully stocked kitchen, spare baby gate and pack n play, and we made use of all of the amazing beach gear each day. The house was well taken care of and very clean. We can’t say enough good things about Casa Mojo!

In fact, we loved it so much we want to go agreed and book it for next year too!

Everything was great! no complaints! lots of restaurants nearby! Misty was great answering all our questions! A couple suggestions for any future guests. In general it is probably the same for most of these rentals. Bring some garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Bring some insect repellent for the biting flies on the beach (in the morning). If you have young children and are not renting chairs and umbrellas, you cannot use "tents". So bring a couple beach umbrellas. Small stuff, great vacation spot!

2 adults - mid 30s and 1 one year old. GREAT location, property manager is very thorough/responsive and check in was a breeze. Main complaint - the floors and rug in living room were very dirty and worn. Seemed a little pricey for the accommodations but you're ultimately paying for location here. Overall though, we had a great experience and we will be back.

House was Beautiful!!

It was truly outstanding. WE would love to visit again. WE are targeting the long weekend in October but are coming up short with finding accommodations. If you have any contacts or partners who can place us in either Rosemary or Alys Beach that would be fantastic.

My family and I had such a wonderful week at the beach here. We were able to enjoy the pool and easy access to the clean beach. The location is spectacular and we walked most everywhere we wanted to go. I'll definitely be visiting again! The unit was well laid out and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time and not be cramped together.

We stayed here when our adult children. We had a blast. The pool area was great for hanging out and games. Everyone has their own room which made it super nice. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!!

We loved our time at the Gulf & Green Carriage. We plan on staying here next year as well! My wife and I have come down to Rosemary Beach for 2 years to celebrate our anniversary and it has become a special place for us. We added our daughter Amelia last October, who got to come with us this year! The house was so convenient to restaurants and more importantly to the crystal clear beach. We plan to celebrate every year here if at all possible!

We did really enjoy the Carriage house. The location is fantastic. We enjoyed the beach, many of the restaurants, and went to two of the pools. The wifi doesn't work unless you are in the bedroom. I am guessing the wifi router is inside the main house? Other than that small thing, the trip was great.

Simple beach vacation! Perfect location and accommodations for a family of 4!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. Super close to Rosemary and Seacrest shops and restaurants. The house was clean. A few minor repairs needed to be made to the house. The oven did not work great during our stay. There is no pantry or any cooking "condiments" available. As a result, we ate out and/or got take out for the majority of the meals. Great fridge and wine fridge though! We could not find the correct remote to change the TV channels in the living room. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. Although, the upstairs master bathroom doubles as the "guest" bathroom for the second floor/living room area. The upstairs bunk room was perfect for our group of boys. We had an extra boy so we brought an air mattress. There was plenty of room for all of them. Loved having the boys on the top floor. Nice big laundry room. Plenty of bath towels. The management was super easy to work with and responded very quickly to communication.

Amazing spot in Rosemary Beach, right next to Barbados Pool and steps away from the beach, and restaurant area. Having a spot in the garage was great as street parking can sometimes be a challenge. The place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and all in good working order. Would definitely rent again!

Spent Spring Break at Sea Biscuit - 3 teachers, two teens, and myself for a girl’s trip and it was simply AMAZING!!! This property had so much room plus the comfiest of beds (made note of the mattress & linens!) and fantastic bathrooms on top of the beautiful views from the “right on the beach” balcony to partake of morning coffee and evening wine! Once closing the doors and settling into said bedrooms, we experienced total privacy! We all watched our own bedroom tv’s and never heard the other’s shows! Who could ask for more? Well, with Seabiscuit, you get more! Upon arrival, we investigated our new space only to find beach chairs, umbrellas & lots of pool toys! Our early risers graciously took our chairs down to grab our spot on the beach for the day each morning which saved us from needing to book the chair rental. One of my personal nitpicking issues in previous rentals occurs when the dishes are mismatching - not at Seabiscuit. Pretty white plates & bowls, along with matching glassware, make for attractive tables even if it is casual vacation breakfasts and lunches! I can’t convey how much we enjoyed our time here! Seabiscuit would be perfect for larger families or even families with married children. Anyone staying here will be thrilled from the minute they arrive until the sad day they must leave. We can’t wait to go back!

The house is beautiful and in a perfect spot for both beach access and town access. We rented bikes as suggested from Good Pedal as recommended and the drop and pick up is so convenient. We called property manager once when we couldn’t find lock box and they picked up immediately and told us exactly where to look. Highly recommend this house for the perfect beach vacation

We found this home to be very well designed. The art and decor in the house was very tasteful. The space was comfortable and inviting. We felt right at home. The feature to hear the pool was also amazing for a mid-May vacation. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home!

Great location close to beach and loved the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable and place was as nice as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and had sand toys for kiddos. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great time at this property. We found it to be perfectly suited for our needs. There property was very clean and the process was very straight-forward and professional. The location was ideal, being very close to the pool and dining / retail development. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Recently visited 4/28 - 5/1 and have absolutely zero complaints! The property was exactly as described, check-in was super easy, and we were able to check-in early. The property is a perfect location to beach access and restaurants within walking distance. A couple of things to note: - Beach Rentals: we were under the impression we needed to make reservations for beach chairs/umbrellas. However, that is not the case. You absolutely can bring our own gear. If you do want to reserve chairs, Seacrest Beach is contracted to use a single vendor; La Dolce Vita. IMO they are pretty pricey. I would recommend taking a quick trip to Publix and buying a couple of chairs. - Beach Towels: this property does not include beach towels to take to the beach, so be sure to bring your own. This would be a nice touch for the owner to add. - Uber/Taxi/Cabs: Uber is SUPER unreliable here. If you don't rent a car for your trip, at the bare minimum make sure you make reservations early with a cab or car company to get to the airport for your return flight. We were sweating it for a few bit when we couldn't get an Uber. The owner should consider adding a page with car companies/cabs to the info binder. My only negative is that the light/fan in the 2nd bedroom (queen bedroom that's not the master) didn't work. Luckily there are 2 lamps in the room, but not having a fan at night was a bummer. This is obviously an easy fix. Overall, 5 stars! I would definitely stay here again!

Our second time to stay here this year! Love everything about your home. Here for spring break with son and grandsons. Had a great time, a little chilly but the heated pool used every day. This house has everything you need and it is beautiful. It’s in the heart of Rosemary and we enjoyed our stay. Management was amazing and super fast response. My only complaint is the internet. It wasn’t fast enough to stream or take work calls.

This beautiful home is exactly as described and depicted by the photos. The home is very clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds, lovely bed linens and big fluffy towels. The neighborhood is very quiet and incredibly close to plenty of dining and shopping options all walkable if you wish. We are frequent VRBO renters and we would highly recommend Barefoot Bungalow.

We absolutely loved our week at the Barefoot Bungalow. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of four because everyone had their own room for individual down time but the rest of the house is such an open plan that it’s so easy to be together whether cooking, eating, or hanging out in the living space. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything and everything we needed, even to pull off Thanksgiving dinner. We absolutely loved having the four bikes and enjoyed riding through the neighborhood and on the nature trails. The front porch was also a favorite spot. It’s a short but beautiful walk to the beach. The Seacrest Development is such a nice scale and the people were all very friendly. The retail amenities (like the restaurants and sundries) were both convenient and top notch. We loved the wood fire pizza place! My crew was so sad to have to leave the Bungalow at the end of our week! I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Rooms were great. Master upstairs had a phenomenal bathroom. Everything was as advertised on the listing. The house was probably 1/2 to 3/4 mile to the beach entry. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was fun. You can get to most places via golf cart. Very pleased with the condition of the property and amenities. Would recommend.

This was our first visit to the 30A panhandle area and we were really guessing as to where to situate ourselves for the week. Turns out the Salty Blues was the perfect spot for our group of 5 adults (ages 42-66), 2 kids (ages 7 &11) and 2 small dogs. This home is situated at a good midpoint along 30A which allowed us to efficiently explore the entire area and we ended up with a great overview. Whether we were on foot, on bikes, on our rented golf cart or in car, we had convenient access to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. And even with all there was to explore, I think our group would say we most enjoyed being together at the house! It was welcoming and fully appointed and we loved having the small but private pool at our disposal! I was surprised how much we enjoyed that pool and deck! We all slept well and remarked how soundproof the house was considering it seemed all the houses on the street were filled with vacationers the week we were there! The dog park right across the street was so convenient too. Our multigenerational family group gives it a big thumbs up!

Perfect house for a small family. Quick 2 min walk to the pool an easy 5 min walk or tram ride to the beach. Also quick 2-3 min walk to restaurants and shops. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Just an FYI...there is a house being built across the street, it didn't really bother us as we were gone most of the day at the pool or the beach. Overall great house!

We had the best time this house. It was super clean, easy to check in with a simple code. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and it is adorable. Loved the pool! It is a short bike ride or car ride to the beach, kind of far to walk. would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this house for a long weekend. We had initially planned a family trip that then turned to be an adult only get away. This house would be perfect for both experiences. The house has plenty of space and everything you need to be comfortable. We spent our mornings at the beach, which is a mile away, and the late afternoons by the beautiful pool. It was quiet, it was fun and super relaxing. We have zero complains. Thank you!

Rental was perfect for our family. Location convenient to pool with shuttles that ran constantly to the beach. Walking and bike riding in the beautiful neighborhood was perfect, with all kinds of little shops, food, and plenty to see. Rental was just as advertised and our host answered all questions we had. Perfect size for my family. House was very clean and comfortable. Pool was in front of my townhome. Stores, shops are close by. Love staying at 30A, we didn’t have much of a crowd at the beach or restaurants. Could’ve been the time of the year ?!? Information was provided in a binder for your needs. We couldn't ask for a better condo - spacious, comfortable, clean & a fantastic location!!!! The view is absolutely stunning - A million dollar view!!!! We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the neighborhood. We rented bikes for the week and loved riding through the neighborhood. Very family friendly! A perfect vacation for all ages!!!!

Everything was perfect. We loved the house, the pool, and even the short walk to the beach. What wasn’t within a short walking distance easy to access by car. We used the Shipt app to order our groceries which saved us time and stress. Enjoyed every minute of our time!

We enjoyed the property. It was great to have the pool and tennis court in such close proximity. The only drawback for us ( because of knee problems) was the upstairs bedrooms. We had never stayed at Santa Rosa, and we loved it. The beach was much less crowded than Destin. We would stay there again.

This home fits our family perfectly. Each couple/family had their own bathroom. The kitchen and living area is a great hang out space, there are multiple places to go for some private time, and the pool is the icing on the cake.

This home is beautiful, spacious, well located and so clean! We traveled with a group of 12 including grandchildren from ages 2-6. There was plenty of room for gathering and eating on the open main floor. The bedrooms on all floors were cool, comfortable and well equipped with lovely linens and towels. All appliances worked well, and the pool was wonderful and well maintained. The walk, bike/wagon/stroller ride (with kids) or car drop at beach access was convenient & simple. Check in/check out was seamless & easy with little effort on our part through email and texts. Saint Cecilia is one of the nicest well maintained properties we’ve rented in this area or in others!

Our trip to Rosemary Beach was lovely. The condo is just as described, I would highly recommend reserving chairs on the beach as it is limited as described by others and they are well worth the price. We were kept awake a few of the nights by rowdy teenagers going up and down the beach access well past 11pm.

This property is well equipped and the views are amazing. I would agree with other reviews that it is important to know that if you plan to visit during peak weeks, the beach is super crowded because of the umbrella/rental company and the private beach areas nearby. All beds were super comfortable and it was a great location for two families with teens.

The house is charming, perfect for our small group of 8. We especially loved the private pool. We used it morning, day, and night. Location is private and away from the crowd. Loved everything about the house.

Salty Blues was a perfect setting for our reunion. Close to beach, Blue Mountain Bakery, ice cream shop. Renting a golf cart and having the private pool, was one of the highlights for our grandchildren!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and clean. There are several beaches in close proximity. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was well worth it during our stay in May! The family had a great time!

We were very happy with this house for our first vacation in over a year. It was very clean, had everything we needed and especially enjoyed having our private pool right out the back door. The beach was a little further away than we expected, but still just a short walk across and down the street. We had plenty of room for our family and liked that the entire house was hardwood flooring. The neighborhood where the house was located was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurants that were down the street in Blue Mountain Beach.

I was very impressed with how clean the house was when I check in… Also it’s about three minutes walk to the beach which was awesome to be able to come back and forth if needed. Would definitely stay there again

The property is well maintained and clean. Location is great! Able to walk to pool and beach, shops and restaurants. Beach was very busy but 1 mile down the road is a public beach that was beautiful, less crowded and the same beach frontage. Loved the bikes and used everyday. 30 min drive to Destin and 15 to Panama City Beach for more activities.

This was one of our most relaxing vacations ever! The easy access to the beach was very convenient. The house was in great condition and very clean. The beds are very comfortable as well. We also enjoyed the large deck area. We would not hesitate to go back and rent again.

Spacious & nicely decorated ocean front condo, with lovely beach views... Rosemary town so charming and so close! The beach does get crowded bc I think shares space with Sea Crest community and private beach lots to right and left but it’s a beautiful beach with the sugar sand and clear green water and sweet shells to find!

A wonderful spring break trip! We were finally reunited after a long year of Covid19. Beautiful weather and a wonderful house.
This beach bungalow is in the perfect location. It's a short walk (or shuttle ride) to the beach and also a short walk to the shopping area with coffee, restaurants, and bakeries. The bikes were a nice bonus for the trails too. The neighborhood is very quiet and the rules are strictly enforced, so everyone can enjoy their vacation.

This property is absolutely spectacular! Barefoot 30A management company is phenomenal and everything was handled so smoothly from the minute we booked through the minute we checked out. Highly recommend!! The house is situated on a very quiet private street on the north side of 30A - the beach is right across the street and super easy access, I think it took us a total of five minutes to walk there. The house is perfect in every way - meticulously clean and so incredibly appointed. It's a dream!! Our teens loved the bunk room, which has its own bath, and the other two king rooms shared a beautiful hall bath. The bunks might be a little short for taller kids (my son is 6'2" and a bit long for his, but he didn't seem to care!) There is no cable TV service at the house, which didn't bother us a bit since the TV was never on anyway. There is a speaker system that runs throughout and we enjoyed music on the back patio and pool area most days. The house has wagons, beach chairs and an umbrella for all to use, although we did find the wagons were kind of a hassle to lug across the sand walkway to the beach, so we just carried the chairs instead. The chairs have backpack style straps so its very easy to just drape over your shoulders and carry them over to the beach. We brought a sand bucket and shovel, but were pleasantly surprised to see that there were several other buckets in the garage for us to use as well. Tip - in lieu of a cooler we filled a bucket with ice and took along some canned beers to enjoy at the beach so we didn't have to bring a cooler! We also packed some cheap pool floats in our luggage and blew them up when we got there and were so glad we did - the kids used them every day and we left them there so hopefully another family can use them, too! The outdoor grill is incredible, we grilled food several nights eating in the gorgeous screened patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is an awesome butler's pantry with a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, toaster and blender - just perfect!! We rented bikes from Good Pedals and would definitely recommend them - they were delivered right to our driveway and we used them daily. Less than two miles east you can bike to Rosemary Beach for dinner and shopping or head west to The Hub for casual dinners and super cute shops. Paths in both directions so its super easy to safely travel each direction. We highly recommend!!

If you’re debating, just rent it! We usually stay in Destin, but didn’t want to be in the middle of SB traffic/chaos. This house was in the perfect location just outside of the excitement. Close enough to run out for meals, but far enough away that it was perfectly quiet & peaceful! The house was adorably decorated to give you the vacay beach vibe, was clean, & well equipped. The property managers will very responsive though we didn’t have any issues. Absolutely no complaints! My family (kids 16, 12, & 4) loved this house!

This was a great experience and an excellent getaway. It is in a good location on the west side of 30A but also is very private and allows you to get away from the crowds of Seaside and Rosemary Beach while still being close. Property management was great!

oved this house. I loved the floor plan, the size of the bedrooms, the cute bunk room on the first floor, the screened-in porch, and the quiet location. It is at the back of the neighborhood, but it’s also right off the path to the pool. We loved this convenience, with a quick walk out the back porch to the pool walkway, and then another quick walk to the front of the neighborhood from the pool. We never took/needed the tram once :-). (we also have older children who can carry their own things, so that is a factor). Anyway, the house was clean and well-maintained and pretty besides. We had a problem at one point with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms, but the property manager was all over it, and it was taken care of the same day. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall the property was exactly what we wanted. Albeit the furnishing are a little dated and worn, the location, beach access, access to shopping and community events couldn't have been much closer.

Great house in great location. Easy walk to beach, Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary. House had all the amenities you would need. Plenty of room for everyone. A little bit of wear and tear and could use a little updating but nothing bad at all. Would stay again.

Lovely place. Management was very fast and responsive to any questions. My only tidbits for the owners would be to add a pair of scissors and pot holders to the kitchen. We needed both multiple times and there were not any. Easy close access to beach and house was comfortable and well decorated.

We just stayed in the Crow's Nest at Rosemary Beach. The property was in a great location. It was walking distance to the pools, beach, and restaurants.

Condo located on beach front , 2nd story with balcony facing the ocean and with Pool view as well. Outstanding condo located close to dining and shopping areas. Sheila the property manager was extremely helpful - the door lock malfunctioned and Sheila climbed scaffolding to our balcony to get in to the condo and repair the non-functioning lock. The only negative to this location is the condo association has made a deal with a commercial rental company that allows them to occupy approx 75 percent of the condos beachfront. The rental company puts chairs up over the entire area. A very small area (approx 30 yard wide) is left for those who want to take their own chairs to the beach - this area becomes very congested in the day. If you have your own chair and dont wish to rent a bveach chair get out there EARLY to get a spot on beach. Like before 0730.

Great house for my group. The house is nicely updated and they’ve made great use of space in a smaller home. We Appreciated the use of the bicycles and excellent communication with property management company for my daughters engagement celebration week. I liked the location in the neighborhood- not too far back. ...and the property managers were kind enough to allow my golden retriever service animal even though he sheds 🙁

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a very spacious house (and we were amazed by the high ceilings!) and everything was very clean. It isn’t new and shiny but very comfortable. And there is lots of outdoor space (6 balconies/patios). But the location was our absolute favorite! An easy walk/bike ride to Rosemary and Alys (the path is right next to the house!) and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. And the neighborhood is adorable! We loved walking around and looking at the houses without having to worry about lots of traffic or people. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home close to Alys Beach!
Photos don't do this property justice. This home was clean and laid out beautifully! Lots of space. The covered patio was a great spot to watch the kids swim (and mamas you will love that there's an alarm to alert you of the kids going inside/outside which we loved). The pool was heated upon request and was a great temperature! We've stayed all over 30A. This is not as close to the pavilions as some of the other places we've stayed, but was still very walkable with children (we rented bikes). We would stay here again! We are somewhat picky travelers and this checked all the boxes!

Impromptu getaway to chase the sunshine and leave the grey days. House was perfect for our family of 5 with extra room to spare. We enjoyed the heated pool and the quick drive to the beach (although January is not the best beach weather). We were going on week 5 of remote learning and needed a change. This was the perfect setting for a reset. Lovely decor throughout and a very homey feel.

This house is beautiful and was perfect for my family! The accommodations were perfect. The beds were comfortable, practically a bathroom per bedroom. The living area was open with a large comfortable couch. The kitchen was also a good size and fairly well equipped. The beach is just down the street! The heated pool and the pool table were a plus! I liked this house so much that I would buy it if I could! We had an amazing time there and would definitely book again!

Our family stayed at Salty Blues for five weeks during the Thanksgiving holiday. We loved everyday of our special time. We enjoyed everything from a perfect white sand beach, beautiful sunsets, watching sand rays, dolphins & surfers, charted fishing trips, multiple close by restaurants: Blue Mountain Bakery - walk here from Salty Blues & grab a fresh blueberry scone or a breakfast bowl with bacon Creamery - walk here & get the best donuts & coffee ever Blue Mabel - walk here for the best dinner, brisket is a MUST have, and the Sunday Brunch has bottomless mimosas Red Fish Taco, Stinkys, Local Catch, Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Hurricanes, AJs and Red Bar are all close by with delicious food Redds is a bar a block away that is a night cap must do. Mostly adults but live music and a great, fun environment. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away. The house is close and allowed us to run back for lunch or snacks. The Shipt app allows you to have all groceries & liquor delivered to this home within two hours, or Publix & Wal-Mart are 10-15 mins away. The heated pool is a bonus at Salty Blues. We loved relaxing there after a long day at the beach. There is nice grill that we enjoyed for dinners at home. The home is clean with beautiful decor including many personal touches from the owners. It has two BIG bathrooms with big showers & double shower heads, along with an additional large bathroom with a tub. Plus a powder room. The kitchen is open which makes it fun to enjoy downtime together. The owners provide 4 bikes and Grayton Beach and Watercolor are a short ride away. We took our family dog & he loved the dog park across the street from the house. Our son also loved throwing the baseball, football and the swing located in this large grassy area. The rental company is very responsive & very easy to work with. Salty Blues is an amazing, we will DEFINITELY be back!

We have been coming to the Seacrest Beach area for the last 10 years and this home is our favorite. The layout for this 3 story home offered a lot of privacy and the 4 bedrooms all have their own bathrooms which was a huge benefit during our stay. Our kids loved the bunkroom on the 2nd floor. In addition, all the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have their own balconies. The 3rd deck has an awesome deck where our family would gather every night which created some great memories. The deck on the 1st floor has a gas grill and outdoor furniture which we used a lot during our stay. The home was very clean and the overall accommodations were amazing. Looking forward to our next vacation and staying at Set Sail.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location is wonderful, right between Rosemary Beach and Alys. My wife and I walked to Amavida coffee every morning of our weeklong stay. Our kids really enjoyed exploring the area on the four bikes provided with the property. The beach access is excellent and the pool is refreshing. We definitely want to come back and stay in the same house and we would highly recommend it for a family!

Our family spent a long weekend at Goodnight Moon and we couldn't have been happier. The cottage is bright, cheerful, roomy, and beautifully appointed. The beach is just a short stroll away and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We would definitely recommend this beautiful "home away from home"!

I can’t express enough how great this home was for our family at Seacrest Beach. The home was spotless and each bedroom had their own bathroom which made it quite comfortable and private for each couple. The top level had a beautiful balcony which allowed us to enjoy the cool breeze on the patio. The location was superb for us to walk to the enormous lagoon pool which also had a café right on the premises to grab a quick bite to eat. We rented bicycles and traveled throughout the community. We enjoyed the restaurants and live music just a few blocks away from the home. I strongly recommend this property if you are looking for clean, ample space and convenient access to the beach, pool, shops and entertainment.

I recently stayed at Salty Blues for our Fall Break, the location of this rental was phenomenal! It was such easy access to the beach, many of our favorite restaurants, and each morning a short walk to get homemade doughnuts and cinnamon rolls! I loved the outside deck and pool with its amazing water feature and lights at night, that gave it the perfect ambience to enjoy a glass of wine and settle down from the days adventures! It was such a lovely and newly decorated home that I can not wait till next year!

This was a great place for our family. We brought our family of five and both sets of grandparents. It was a plenty of room for everyone since our baby slept in our room. The kids loved the bunk room...it was like their own little club house. The view and beach access is great! We will book again.

Our experience was fantastic! Unbelievable view! Couple things:. First, I could have missed it in the additions, but there's a closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas so you don't have rent (pretty expensive). Second, The beach is also access to the seacrest community behind you so you want to get to the beach really to set up. Typically crowds aren't an issue in Rosemary, but due to the pandemic and everyone wanting to get out of their houses, fall break was a lot busier there than normal, so we're striking up the crowds to that. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely pick this again!

This condo is as spectacular as it gets on this stretch of beach. Balcony looking over the dunes to the beach and surf below. Less than 1 mile walk to Alys Beach, barely .5 mile walk to Rosemary Beach. Ideal location, great space. We can't wait to return!

This home is fabulous!!! This was our 2nd time to rent this home and once again it didn’t disappoint! I highly recommend!!! The pictures don’t do it justice!!! Beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything you need, and great location to beach and surrounding towns.

My fiancé and I rented this for the weekend. We loved that the property was conveniently located near so many restaurants! It was nice to not have to uber to grab dinner. Bars, restaurants, and beach access were only a short walk away.

Everything was clean and just as pictured. There were apt of extras. They had beach chairs, masks, toys and more. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. The bunk beds were a little hard for grown boys to sleep in but I think they would be fine for young kids. We loved the location. It was perfect for us.

This house is really wonderful. The main living space is so large that 9 adults and 2 children and two dogs moved around easily and never felt crowded. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for our needs, and we loved all the outdoor space. The extra refrigerator downstairs was great for beverages!! I would highly recommend this house. Great location!!

We enjoyed our week long getaway at this property. We did not use the beach that is in front of the property due to massive crowds (be warned). The property manager suggested Inlet beach which is a 10 min drive away and much less crowded. We had a great time at inlet.

The perfect house with the perfect location!
We stayed there with our two adult sons , daughter-in-law and two grandkids. Everyone one of us loved it! Very clean and well maintained. We would all stay there again on our next trip to the BEACH.

Third time in a Rosemary and the location was perfect and so close to the beach.

The bunk beds were very comfortable along with king bed in loft.

The bathroom is big and fantastic shower, the kitchen had everything you would need too.

I would definitely recommend and rent again. Probably one of the most practical places in Rosemary.

This carriage house was exactly what my wife and I were looking for! The house was spotless when we arrived and was about a 1 minute walk to the closest beach entrance. All the shops and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk.

We have no complaints whatsoever, but there are just a few things to be aware of. The washer/dryer are in the garage. There is just a small mini fridge in the house with no freezer/ice machine. We brought a cooler and bought ice from the gas station down the street and that worked perfectly for us. All in all, it was an excellent experience and the location is hard to beat! We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed this condo for a summer vacation and will definitely rent it again for any future vacations. The location was excellent and it was exactly as listed. The rental company was easy to work with and communicated all check in/check out procedures as well as procedures for staying in the development. The property was well maintained and well stocked - especially with beach supplies. Keyless entry to the unit was fantastic!

We had a lovely stay in this super clean and adorable cottage. It is close to a small convenience store and a few restaurants. We were able to walk to the beach as well. We appreciated the detailed welcome booklet with recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

The house was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was very convenient to everything, restaurants, shops and the beach. We had a wonderful vacation, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Great weekend getaway for my wife and I. Perfect spot to Rosemary square and short walk to Seacrest & Alys Beach. Carriage house is perfect size. Parking spot in garage is a bit tight with a larger SUV so we parked on street. February not an issue, but summertime could be tough parking with larger vehicle. Overall exactly what we were looking for for a spot in Rosemary!

We arrived to soft music and lighting in the very clean and well equipped house. The layout was perfect - the screened porch and other porches, the dining area being separate but close to the TV area - everyone was close but able to do what they desired be it Football games on TV or constructing a puzzle on the dining table.

This is the best location on 30A - easy walking/biking access to everything.

We had a great time - wish I lived there permanently.

We visited Rosemary Beach over Christmas. It is a delightful place to visit. Our carriage house was great! I would advise people about the spiral staircase to get to the bedroom...some people could not do that.

This was a perfect spot for our 6-week winter getaway with our family. The location is spectacular. It is very close to Hwy 98 for easy access to all main restaurants and shops. The grand kids loved playing in the pool and big back yard. The house is stunning, very comfy, and warm. It is perfectly situated to enjoy the best parts of 30A without having to be stuck in a ton of traffic. We also loved being right next to Topsail State Park and enjoyed daily outdoor adventures. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week stay at Jolly Roger and the Salty Dog carriage house. The location is convenient to the shops and restaurants, steps away from one of the community pools, and only a short walk to the beach walkover. The main kitchen has an over-sized refrigerator, huge gas range, and double ovens, which were wonderful for all the Thanksgiving Day and Iron Bowl preparations. The kitchen is so well-equipped that we did not need anything extra. What a pleasant surprise to have a rocking chair in the living room!!! I was worried about how we were going to get the two littles to sleep without one, and even contacted a few companies to ask if we could rent one. The carriage house was just a few steps across the courtyard, so our family members staying there didn't feel isolated. There are more than enough outdoor chairs on the porches, a long dining table and benches on the porch, and a bed swing that was popular with everyone. The older grandchildren loved the third floor bunk room, which has a wide open space for playing. It would be nice if the owner would add a table and chairs for legos and puzzles, and a couple of beanbag chairs for watching television. Otherwise, no complaints. We were 7 adults and 4 children in the main house, 4 adults in the carriage house, and we never felt crowded.

We have visited the 30A area countless times over the last 10 years, and Green Shutters is one of our favorite offerings. There's an intangible feeling to this home that is very comforting and comfortable. It is thoughtfully designed and decorated, and has received many updates. Whatever very minor issues we encountered, Gary was super responsive and helpful. Finally, the location in Seacrest directly adjoins Rosemary, where we spend most of our time. If Seacrest Beach is where you want to be, we give this rental two thumbs up!

My family and I stayed in Sol Seeker. From the cleanliness of the villa to the beach supplies and super close proximity to the beach (a matter of a few dozen steps), every detail has been covered. We didn’t want for anything. Yes, there is security on premises and yes they will make sure you are a guest.....but isn’t that what you’re paying for? Private beach access and peace and quiet? We loved everything about this property and if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, family friendly place to stay, look no further.

They were working on the roof during our stay but you would never have known due to the lack of noise. We arrived after dark but our check in process was very simple. The location is very convenient to shops and food options. I will definitely be looking back for the property when we come back next year.

This home was absolutely fabulous! Beautifully decorated and even better than the pictures! It had everything we needed. We reserved it for a special girls trip. Every bedroom is like a master suite. The screened in porch and outdoor kitchen is amazing, and the pictures of the pool do not do it justice! Careful thought went in to every detail of this home and it was stocked with everything we needed. It has easy access to the beach and it’s centrally located to the other areas of interest (Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Santa Rosa, etc.). We would highly recommend and we would absolutely book again should we ever come back to this location.

Our family tries to get together whenever possible as we live in different states and cities....so we were a little hesitant to see if this was going to work for us. From the pictures we thought the condo and beach views were pretty but when we arrived it was so much better than the pictures. It was a GREAT place to spend time with family...everyone had options of things to do.

I so highly recommend this property as your home base for a fabulous vacation in Destin Florida. Located just of of 30A this house is off the beaten path and has wonderful privacy while at the same time having easy access to anywhere you want to be. This is exactly what we like. The house itself is so tastefully decorated and has a wonderful atmosphere. Spent many hours on the deck and in the swimming pool. Great running and cycling trails are easily accessed. Wonderful kitchen, great bedrooms and showers. This is our second time staying here and will be our go to every time we visit. This property has our highest recommendation!!

We had an amazing stay at Calypso. Even though, our family doesn’t like crowds very much, we still managed to find neighboring beaches during the daytime that were less crowded with umbrellas/chairs rentals, it was still wonderful to experience the ocean at nighttime, mere steps away from the place.

We stayed here for a nice little family getaway. It was wonderful!

The house is spectacular, and looks just like the photos. A few of the highlights would be:

The big master suite is on a separate section of the house and has perfect privacy. We enjoyed endless relaxing time out on the huge veranda. The ground floor separate carriage house is perfect for an additional family, or friends and has lots of privacy. My family and I enjoyed having instant, and endless hot water. Loved hanging out by the pool, and back porch with the kids. Perfect location on 30A with walking distance to the beach, and state park.

5 star rating because we had a wonderful time and loved this area!

This was a wonderful rental with a perfect set up for a family with a baby who needs a crib. The proximity to pool and shuttle stop to go to beach were great too. Property manager was very responsive and helpful before and during the trip. WE had no issues and would definitely recommend this property! The kitchen is well equipped as well if you plan to cook a lot of meals.

This house is wonderful. It is just a few steps away from the large community pool, has wonderful access to shopping and restaurants, and a very convenient shuttle to and from the beach. The house was very clean upon our arrival. It was exactly as pictured and promised. Gary (property manager) was wonderful about answering the few questions we had during our stay in very fast manner. We have been to Seacrest many times and would definitely stay at Barefoot on the Beach again.

This was our 11th year of vacationing at Seacrest and the 5th house we've stayed in. We loved this home - it was perfect for our family of 5. Not only is it beautiful, but had everything we needed. This property was fabulous! Plenty of space for our family and short walk to the beach as well as to shops. My only complaint was that the pool was smaller than I anticipated it would be. It is hard to tell in the pictures the size, but it was more like an oversized hot tub. Nevertheless, the kids enjoyed it and it was the perfect temperature all week. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 had an awesome time at this place! It was our first time to Rosemary beach and the location is just amazing! Situated along one of the two greens/lawns fronting the Gulf, we were just steps from the beach, walk to town location for morning coffee or dinner or take out, and bike friendly community just super cool vibe. The house is impeccably designed and was perfect for our 3 boys (ages 4, 6 & 8). We’d beach in the morning and then make lunch at home and hit the amazing rooftop pool with the best views in Rosemary!

The “Tall Cool One” was great!! Lots of room for two families. There were 12 of us and we never felt on top of each other. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook dinners. Comfy beds and clean linens. Wish there would have been some beach “accessories” available and better WiFi but other than that.....12 thumbs up from all of our crew!!!

First my communication with the owner, Gary, was excellent! Any question or concern I had, he responded immediately either through email or text. Very friendly and hospitable. Everything was clean with plenty of linens, and anything you needed in kitchen items. Pool was clean. And the house is only a short walk to the beach. Definitely suggest bikes to go to beach. It’s walkable too but biking was easier. I believe 2 bikes come with property. We rented 2 more for our teens.

My wife and I prefer homes vs resorts and were not disappointed with Casa Mojo. In the past we have visited Boca Grande, Cape San Blas, St. George Island, Destin, Gulf Shores and Hilton Head. This home was by far our favorite and everything was exceptional. Awesome kitchen, great beds and a oeaceful screened porch overlooking the pool. We rode our bikes into Rosemary Beach everyday, swam in the pool and really just relaxed. A very, very comfortable home. We will definitely return next year.

We enjoyed the amenities and conveniences Seacrest offered. Gary’s home is beautiful and comfortable. Seven adults and two kiddos had plenty of space and all the comforts of home . The crib and chair inside the master bedroom closet was the perfect solution for our 20 month old grandson. We fell in love with Rosemary Beach and will most definitely be back!

Remarkable home. Everything was brand new and the home was impeccably decorated. We had a group of 11 with 3 small children and there was room to spare. I found many a place to hide away for my morning coffee in peace, like the back screened in porch, upstairs front balcony or the front porch. We cooked in or grilled out almost every day and night. This home is a cooks dream! The built-in grill on the screened porch was awesome for burgers and dogs and the Thermador oven/range had a griddle that was perfect for pancake, eggs and bacon breakfasts. The pool was heated for us and was a perfect place to relax after a beach day/shopping day/ biking day. We finished every evening on the screened porch either watching T.V. or listening to music through the Sonos speakers out there.

We'll be back...many,many times.

This house was very well laid out with plenty of room and space for everyone. Really enjoyed having the kids in the bunk room near the pool table so they could have their own space. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-week stay, we are Hurricane Michael survivors and needed an affordable yet suitable safe haven while our home is being rebuilt. The owner delivered on all accounts. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well furnished so we did not have to eat out every night. The bathroom was just completely remodeled as well, and the home is tastefully decorated. Best of all, easy access with no stairs to climb, just park and walk a few steps to the front door. I recommend this property to anyone who values attention to detail and prefers not to stay at crowded or noisy accommodations elsewhere. Well done!

Everything was exactly as shown or better. Clean, roomy and Gary was extremely helpful. Beach was a quick 5 min walk. Cute shops and plenty of places to eat in walking distance. A great week.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our family! Loved the view, heated pool, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and Gary was great to work with!

We had planned vacation several months back. Two days into our vacation, hurricane Michael came to town. We were asked to evacuate. We evacuated for 24 hours and came back to Grayton unharmed, Hurricane Michael had spared Grayton. Other places weren’t so fortunate. We love Grayton Beach, we have vacationed here for almost 10 years. We have stayed in several homes and Goodnight Moon is going on the top of the list. We want to also mention Jared who we stayed in contact with throughout the stay, he was amazing, always very responsive and helpful during our vacation. We can’t say Thank you enough. Love this place.
