• Dedicated inspector who knows every aspect of your home. Your inspector will be the first one in the home upon guest departure as well as the last one in the home prior to guest arrival to ensure premium guest satisfaction

Our management fee is competitive and includes services and benefits that some other companies do not include so when comparing companies make sure to clarify what is included. Our program includes at NO ADDITIONAL FEE:

• Seamless on-boarding process including initial inventory ordering and stocking of needed supplies including linens/bedding

• Professional photography in order to create a unique listing for your home for our website as well as various other travel sites across the globe

• Full-time Reservations & Guest Experience teams available 7 days a week, 365 days a year

• Concierge coordination for your guests

• Monthly revenue and occupancy statements, and accounting services including the collection & remittance of all bed taxes.

MAINTENENACE ITEMS
