Azure is a Brand New Construction condo complex with private entry located off Scenic Highway 30A. It offers incredible views from many of the condos and easy access from all the 1st floor units. On the covered balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in privacy with an unspoiled view of the emerald coast. These cozy yet spacious condos accommodate up to eight guests. The complex includes a spacious pool with community restrooms and a pond in front of building one. Azure is located in Dune Allen very close to the outlet malls on one side and everything 30A has to offer on the other side.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

"Great location"
Great location. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access entry and another 2 minutes from dining. A Tom Thumb is conveniently located at the corner. My only complaint is the private beach setting. This is common in the area but I presumed this meant private access for guests staying in the area and that wasn't the case. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place. It was great
"Very comfortable and Great Location"
My family and I had a great stay. There was enough room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. The furniture is comfortable and the condo was very clean. It is extremely close to the beach. We walked several times. There is also parking if you prefer to drive. The pool is heated and the hot tub is great. We also used the grills at the pool for dinner. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes you would need. Highly recommend!
"Enjoyed our stay"
Short walk to Beach, kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Only complaint was the tenants in the unit above us, sounded like they were running a marathon all night.
"Weekend getaway"
The condo was clean and simple. The beds and bedding were top notch. The bunk room was perfect for our children. They loved the individual book lights on each bunk. The only negatives were the lack of sound proofing and the location of the beach access. While the beach is really right across the street, the sand is reserved for only the properties on the beach. Thank goodness we rented a golf cart so that we could set up where our chairs were placed down the street at Fort Panic. It would be extremely difficult to do that on a crowded day.

"Even better than pictured"
I cannot say enough good things about this property. The condo was clean, modern, spacious and as nice as the photos. The kitchen was stocked with all of the pots, pans, plates and utensils you could want. The beds were comfortable and clean. The TVs were all easy to use smart TVs and no hicups in the wifi. The bathrooms were just right, as was the washer/dryer. The boys loved the 4 bed bunk room. It was like a playground and a hang spot. The location was so easy to get to. It was a very safe, 5-minute sidewalk trip to the beach access. We went in October and it wasn't terribly busy on the beach, but the weather was perfect. This side of the highway seems to be developing quickly, but it's still much more relaxed than other areas. The whole stretch isn't cheap, but it wasn't as "fake" feeling as I find seaside personally. It was just right. A relaxed and quiet spot somewhere between Destin and Seaside both in geography and in atmosphere.

Had enough room for all 6 of us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a great amenity to have also.
