BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. • With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.
The home is pet friendly for APPROVED pets only for a (non-refundable) Additional Fee: - Small or Medium sized dogs ONLY - Non-Shedding - House-Trained - Maximum of 2 Dogs Call, text or email for more information or to book this beautiful home.

Check-Out Instructions:
- Turn off all Lights and Electronics. *If using a personal Netflix/Streaming account please make sure to log out*
- Return all thermostats to 75° for AC and 60° for Heat
- Clean all pots/pan and start the Dishwasher.
- Place all used Towels in Laundry area.
- Take all Garbage to designated trash area including Restroom waste.
- If leaving on a Trash day please take cans to the curb the night before if applicable.
- Leave all Amenity/Parking Passes on the counter.
- Lock all Windows & Doors

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

Beautiful, new cozy home for two! We arrived to immaculately clean carriage house. Small but seemed so big with high ceilings. Within easy walking of beach, RedBar, shops,. Quiet spot !

What a wonderful place! Immaculate upon arrival. Neat and tidy. Amazing decor. Our hosts provided ample amenities (soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) Beds were crisp and clean! Lovely large showers with beautiful tile work. Bikes, beach toys, and beach wagons provided. We really felt spoiled and can’t thank you enough for that. Such a cozy cottage! Fascinating how well they used the space. The petite stove top and “spacey” microwave were so groovy! Did not want to leave! Thank you for truly blessing us with your property and hospitality.

Situated quietly and comfortably between the beach and food - we could not have been more happy! Rental itself was very clean and well kept. (We do wish there would have been coffee filters - but a quick walk to the general store too care of that). We would definitely stay here again on a future visit. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in this super clean and adorable cottage. It is close to a small convenience store and a few restaurants. We were able to walk to the beach as well. We appreciated the detailed welcome booklet with recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

Walk to restaurants and the beach! Perfect set up for two couples. Tiny kitchen allows you to eat small meals in but--oh darn--gotta eat out for dinner! Divinely comfy bed. Quiet. Highly recommended.

My family of 4 stayed recently for three nights and had a wonderful time! Because of the well thought through layout, we never felt on top of each other, even thought it's a carriage house. Location is awesome: three minute walk to the beach, less than 2 mi bike ride to Seaside or Blue Mountain. We will be back again!

Great little coach house with new, modern amenities. Cute kitchette for quick meals. Beautiful decor and bathrooms. It was perfect for a four day weekend with my husband and 2 teenage kids. Definitely suggest bikes to go to beach. It’s walkable too but biking was easier. I believe 2 bikes come with property. We rented 2 more for our teens.
