Bennie and the Jets is in the Resort neighborhood of Seacrest Beach, Florida! This corner lot home features spacious 3beds/3baths plus sleeping/entertainment loft. Just blocks to the award-winning 12,000 sq. ft. Lagoon pool and a short walk to the deeded beach access. Features an open floor plan, hardwood floors, 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. All bedrooms feature wide balconies surrounding the home on each level, furnished for dining and relaxing.
1st Floor:
- Main living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" Smart TV
- Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for entertaining during your stay, including a pantry, and an island with seating for 3.
- Dining area has a large dining table with seating for 8.
- Guest bedroom with King size bed, ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo), 32" TV, walk-in closet, and porch with access to the rear parking spots.
- Outdoor shower just off the kitchen through the home’s side entry.
-Wrap-around front porch with bench swing, Adirondack chairs, gas grill and dining table with bench seating
2nd Floor:
- Primary Suite with King size bed, large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, vanity with double sinks and walk-in tiled shower, and a private wrap-around balcony outfitted for relaxation with lounging sofa, club chairs, cafe table and chairs
- Guest bedroom for 5, with Queen size bed and Twin over Full Bunk beds, ensuite bathroom(shower/tub combo), 32" TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony.
- Laundry area located in hallway at the top of the stairs with new, full sized washer and dryer units.
3rd Floor:
- Loft/rec room for entertainment with bunk beds
- Table-top, classic arcade multi-game player (Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede etc.)
- Twin over Twin bunk bed.
- Wet bar, sink and mini refrigerator, couch, love seat and TV
- Westward-facing Sunset Balcony overlooking Seacrest Beach rooftops, with Adirondack chairs and pub table.
Seacrest is an excellent location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and family activities in Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Although all are only approximately 5 minutes away by foot, during the high season (March 1 – October 31) a Seacrest provided Tram (NO GOLF CARTS ALLOWED) runs from 9am-6pm, at no charge to guests, and will pick up/drop off at the condo/ Seacrest pool, beach access, and Seacrest Village. Pool hours are 9am - 10pm year-round.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICY: Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. UPON ARRIVAL, Go to the "Welcome" building at the Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool, to pick up your Welcome packet. Welcome packet contains your wristbands and parking passes.Wristbands are required to be worn to access Beach/Pool/Tram at all times.
Complimentary shuttle/tram services to the beach or pool is operated by the HOA, Barefoot 30A is not affiliated with their services. Tram does not operate on rain days. Questions/concerns should be direct to the Tram Serivce 850-259-6005.
Sunset/Seacrest Beach Access is closed from 10pm - 6am, There is a public beach access 1 mile east of Seacrest, on South Orange Street.
