BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Check-out Instructions:
- Turn off all Lights and Electronics. *If using a personal Netflix/Streaming account please make sure to log out*
- Return all thermostats to 75° for AC and 60° for Heat
- Clean all pots/pan and start the Dishwasher.
- Place all used Towels in Laundry area.
- Take all Garbage to designated trash area including Restroom waste.
- If leaving on a Trash day please take cans to the curb the night before if applicable.
- Leave all Amenity/Parking Passes on the counter.
- Lock all Windows & Doors

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Barefoot 30A” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date. In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee for the total amount. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Barefoot 30A reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel. All guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. You may use any travel insurance company you like

Deposit Policy
A payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount is due immediately at time of booking and will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payment must be in the form of credit card. Credit cards are accepted, but require an additional processing fee.

The house was great in every way. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach, Grayson store just around the corner, but also away from most of the Fall break traffic. The house was wonderful. We had everything we needed, it was comfortably and beautifully decorated, and with 2 teenage girls the 3 large bathrooms were a huge bonus!

This rental was exactly as described! Very quaint and comfy cottage feel…within walking or biking distance of lots of places!! We loved having the bikes available at no additional charge and the beach wagon and chairs also came in handy. Overall a “grayt” experience at Goodnight Moon!!

Yet another fantastic spring break in Grayton Beach. A fantastic rental property - great location to the beach, dining and shops. All within a few minutes walk. Beautiful house with everything you will need. We took full advantage of the screened in porch and the front yard picnic table !

Goodnight Moon was exactly as pictured. The cottage was decorated in a light , beachy decor. It was comfortable with ample seating.. The bed was comfortable with exceptionally nice linens. The kitchen had what was needed for cooking. We enjoyed our stay there.

House location is great.Looks exactly like the pictures. Extremely comfortable, cozy , decor is super cute and has everything you need.

We had planned vacation several months back. Two days into our vacation, hurricane Michael came to town. We were asked to evacuate. We evacuated for 24 hours and came back to Grayton unharmed, Hurricane Michael had spared Grayton. Other places weren’t so fortunate. We love Grayton Beach, we have vacationed here for almost 10 years. We have stayed in several homes and Goodnight Moon is going on the top of the list. We want to also mention Jared who we stayed in contact with throughout the stay, he was amazing, always very responsive and helpful during our vacation. We can’t say Thank you enough. Love this place.

Our family enjoyed the walks to the beach and the nearby shops and restaurants. Yours is by far our favorite spot to stay on 30A. It has the feel of Austin and Cape Cod combined. And Grayton Beach has always been our favorite around Destin. It was an enjoyable vacation even with the effect of Alberto. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!
