‘Graceland by the Sea’ is a beautiful spacious beach home in the private community of Seacrest Beach Florida with access to the Award Winning 12,000 square foot pool! It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys beach and is in close proximity to Seaside, Seagrove, Water Color, Destin and Panama City Beach. Conveniently located on Hwy 30A, with a Gulf Views from Master balcony. Just steps away from the private beach and is walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars as well.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 14)
FIRST LEVEL:
- Laundry area, Closet for beach gear
- Large suite with kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini refrigerator, and ice maker), large flat screen TV, DVD player, full size sofa, and two Queen beds.
- Jacuzzi/Hot tub and Gas Grill
SECOND LEVEL:
- Main living room/dining room, with balcony off living room overlooking 30A. Living room has large flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound speaker system.
- Spacious/fully equipped Kitchen with walk-in pantry. The kitchen is furnished with stainless appliances and granite counter tops along with a built in wine chiller.
- A common area bathroom (Shower/Tub Combo) which is directly beside the bedroom for easy access.
- Bedroom has 2 Twin over Queen Bunk Beds and is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player, and a private balcony with street views of the Seacrest.
THIRD LEVEL:
- Spacious Master Suite with King bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player, EnSuite Master bath with Shower/ Dual Vanity/ Soaking Tub, and Private Balcony with Gulf Views.
- A guest bedroom with Queen bed w/ en-suite bath, private balcony and beautiful views of Seacrest.

• 3 parking spots directly in front of home, NO garage access. There is additional parking in the neighborhood if needed

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins no earlier than 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is no later than 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

UPON ARRIVAL, Go to the "Welcome" building at the Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool, to pick up your Welcome packet. Welcome packet contains your wristbands and parking passes.Wristbands are required to be worn to access Beach/Pool/Tram at all times.
Complimentary shuttle/tram services to the beach or pool is operated by the HOA, Barefoot 30A is not affiliated with their services. Tram does not operate on rain days. Questions/concerns should be direct to the Tram Serivce 850-259-6005.
Sunset/Seacrest Beach Access is closed from 10pm - 6am, There is a public beach access 1 mile east of Seacrest, on South Orange Street.
