Julep Place is a brand new, luxury condo located at The Orleans in Rosemary Beach! The Orleans is modern elegance seamlessly wrapped in Old World charm, and is located on the Gulf Side of 30A in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Julep Place features two spacious bedrooms each with a plush king size bed, private bath and balcony. There is also a hallway bunk room with sliding door for privacy. The 3rd bathroom is located across the hallway from the bunk room. The open floor plan features a large gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless appliances. The dining area has a large table with seating for the entire family. The immaculately designed living area has a large flat screen HDTV with plenty of comfortable seating. Off the kitchen and dining area is a large balcony overlooking the town with Gulf views!

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.
